| 摘 要： | 报道28例中心静脉导管用于恶性胸水持续引流并腔内注药的方法、优点及护理。正确操作可达到100%穿刺成功。做好穿刺部位和导管的护理，预防导管脱出及局部感染等，延长导管留置时间，可保证胸水持续引流及胸腔内注药的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the authors report the way the central venous catheter (CVC) was used to drain and treat malignant thoracic effusion, its advantages as well as the way to nurse it. Proper operation could produce one hundred percent of successful puncture. Sound nursing of punctured location and catheter, prevention of catheter herniation and local infection to prolong the dwelling of catheter were able to ensure constant drainage of thoracic effusion and smooth medication into thoracic cavity. |
