卵巢过度刺激综合征19例临床分析

目的：总结卵巢过度刺激综合征（Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)的临床表现及治疗方法：方法：回顾性分析19例OHSS的临床资料，结果：OHSS均发生在促排卵后，临床表现主要有腹胀，恶心，呕吐，腹水，胸水，尿少，血液浓缩，低蛋白血症，水电解质及酸碱平衡失调和氮质血症，2例轻度及4例中度OHSS经观察自动缓解，7例中度及6例重度患者经监护，输白蛋白，扩容，放胸腹水等对症治疗后治愈。结论：OHSS在严密监护下，经对症治疗可治愈。

Clinical analysis on characteristics of 19 cases of patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

Objective:To analysis the clinical characteristics and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods:Clinical data of 19 cases of patients with OHSS were analyzed retrospectively.Results: OHSS occurred after pro-ovulation treatment.Abdominal distension,nausea,vomit,ascites,pleural effusion,oliguria,concentrated blood,hypoalbuminemia,electrolyte and acid-base disturbance,and azotemia were the major manifestations of OHSS.2 cases of patients with mild OHSS and 4 cases with moderate OHSS voluntarily ease up during the observation .7 cases with moderate OHSS and 6 cases with severe OHSS were controlled by intensive care,supplementation of albumin or plasma,volume expansion,and paracentesis. Conclusion:OHSS could be cured by intensive care and treatment.
