肝细胞生长因子在胎儿生长受限孕妇胎盘组织的表达及其意义

目的：探讨肝细胞生长因子（HGF）在胎儿生长受限孕妇胎盘组织中的表达及其对胎盘滋养细胞凋亡的影响。方法：选取胎儿生长受限（FGR）孕妇42例及正常晚孕孕妇（对照组）38例,采用逆转录聚合酶联反应、免疫印迹的方法,检测胎盘组织中HGF和Fas基因mRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果：胎盘组织HGFmRNA和蛋白的表达水平,FGR组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;FasmRNA和蛋白在胎盘组织中的表达水平,FGR组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。胎盘HGF的表达与Fas的表达呈负相关。结论：胎盘组织HGF低表达和F as高表达可能是FGR胎盘滋养细胞凋亡的一个重要影响因素。

Relationship between Expression of Hepatocyte Growth Factor and Apoptosis of Trophoblasts in Fetal Growth Restriction

Objective: To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in placentae of women with fetal growth restriction,and the effect of HGF on apoptosis of trophoblasts.Methods:RT-PCR and western blot were used to determine the expression of HGF and Fas in 38 cases of uncomplicated pregnancy and 42 cases of fetal growth restriction.Results:The expression of both HGF mRNA and proteins in FGR group was significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05).The expression of both Fas mRNA proteins in control group was significantly higher than that of the FGR group(P<0.05).Negative correlation was shown between the expression of HGF and Fas(P<0.05).Conclusions:Abonormal expression of HGF and Fas in the trophoblast of FGR may be responsible for the apoptosis of the trophoblasts.
