| 摘 要： | 以两种剂量的人参总皂甙（Ｇｉｎ）静脉注射麻醉犬，观察犬的冠脉流量，血压，ＬＶＳＰ，ＬＶｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ，ＨＲ，心肌氧消耗及心泵功能指标。结果显示：２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的Ｇｉｎ能显著降低麻醉犬的血压，ＬＶＳＰ和ＩＶｄｐ／ｄｔｍｘ，减慢心率，明显减少心肌耗氧，但对泵功能指标ＣＩ和ＣＯ无明显影响，ＳＩ及冠脉流量明显增加；１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的Ｇｉｎ使血压稍增加，但不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | The effect
of ginsenosdes on CF,BP,LVSP,LVdp/dtmax,HR,myocardial oxygenconsumption and pump
function of the heart was studied in anesthetized dogs. The resultsshowed that ginsenosides(iv
20mg/kg)significantly decreased BP,LVSP,LVdp/dtmax,and slowed down HR,increased SI but
did not alternate contractility and pump functionshown by CI and CO.The myocardia oxygen
consumption was declined and the coronaryblood flow was increased remarkably.The BP was
only slightly increased(iv 10mg/kg),butno significant alternation(P>0.05)was observed in the
anesthetized dogs. |
