急性白血病与血液中微量元素相关性的研究

目的 观察急性白血病患者急性期及缓解期血液中微量元素的动态变化以及铁和锌与化疗合用的效果。方法 应用高频等离子体反射光谱仪，对110例急性白血病患者和100例健康儿童血液中14种微量元素进行分析，并比较化疗加锌和铁治疗组及单纯化疗组的疗效。结果 急性期白血病患者血、铁、钙和锰水平低于正常儿童，而铜和镍水平明显高，尤以铜／锌比值增大显著，在疾病缓解期则下降接近正常水平；化疗加锌和铁治疗组病情开始缓解及完全缓解所需时间较单纯化疗组明显缩短。结论 白血病急性期血液中微量元素有明显变化，且化疗时加用铁和锌有促进疗效的作用。

The Study of Relationship Between Trace Element and Acute Leukemia

Objective To investigate the content of trace elements in acute leukemia and efficacy of Fe and Zn combined with chemotherapy.Methods 14 kinds of trace element in 110 cases of acute leukemia were detected by high frequency equivalent ion spectrometer.100 cases of healthy children were considered as controls.In addition,the efficacy of Fe and Zn combined with chemotherapy and single chemotherapy was assessed and compared.Results Serum concentrations of Zn,Fe,Ca and Mn in untreated patients were lower than those in control.Cu,Ni and the ratio of Cu/Zn were higher.The trace elements were turned to normal level in remission duration of patients.The time for beginning and complete remission in Zn and Fe combined with chemotherapy group was significantly shorter than that in single chemotherapy group.Conclusion The serum trace elements have a significant change in patients with acute leukemia.The efficacy of Fe and Zn combined with chemotherapy was better than single chemotherapy in treatment of acute leukemia.
