| 摘 要： | 本文检测了78例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病、80例老年冠心病和92例老年高血压病患者的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)含量,并与正常老年对照组作比较,探讨了ApoB与动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病及冠心病的关系。结果发现实验组的ApoB明显高于对照组,提示血清ApoB的检测对动脉粥样硬化及冠心病的发生有预测价值,对判断糖尿病控制程度有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Plasma cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and apopro- tein B(Apo-B) were measured and compared in patients in three groups.(1) 78 casesof non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM),(2)92 cases of hypertension and3.80 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD), with as age-matched control group. A sig-nificant elevation of plasma Apo-B level in all the three groups with the diseaseclosely related to atherosclerosis.It is suggested that detection of plasma Apo Bmay have value of predicting the risk of developing atherosclerosis and CHD.(Articlein page 88) |
