6例胸腹主动脉夹层的腔内隔绝术治疗

目的探讨腔内隔绝术治疗胸腹主动脉夹层的经验和效果。方法 4例胸主动脉夹层和2例腹主动脉夹层病人接受腔内隔绝术治疗,术前均行彩超、三维重建螺旋CT、MRI等检查确诊。结果术后DSA造影显示：6例动脉夹层消失,覆膜支架近远端与主动脉结合处无内漏,支架无移位。术后3～6个月彩超及CT随访显示腔内覆膜支架无移位及内漏。结论腔内隔绝术是一种创伤小、并发症少的治疗胸腹主动脉夹层的安全、有效的方法。

Endovascular Graft Exclusion for treatment of 6 cases of Aortic Dissection

Objective To summarize our experience and clinical effect in the treatment of aortic dissection with endovascular graft exclusion（EVGE）.Methods Four patients with thoracic aortic dissection and 2 patients with abdominal aortic dissection underwent EVGE.All patients were diagnosed by CDFI and three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT or MRI before operation.Results Instant postoperative DSA displayed that dissection disappeared in all patients and there was no endoleak and migration of stent-graft at the conjunctions of aorta and blood vessel prosthesis（BVP）.After 3～6 months of follow-up,no postoperative endoleak and stent movement occurred in all cases by CDFI and CT examination.Conclusion EVGE is a safe and effective method to treat aortic dissection with the advantages of micro-invasion and less severe complications.
