早期护理干预模式对预防高龄患者髋关节置换术后并发症的效果观察

目的探讨早期护理干预模式对预防高龄患者髋关节置换术后并发症的效果。方法选取162例大于60岁的高龄患者，其中2008年10月--2010年9月收治的82例患者设为对照组，2010年10月--2012年9月收治的80例设为干预组。对照组采用骨科常规护理措施，干预组在常规护理的基础上实施综合性护理干预措施，比较2组患者的并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果干预组患者发生并发症的只有4例，发生率为5．0％，而对照组共有12例，发生率为14．6％，2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组患者满意度较对照组显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期护理干预模式可以减少高龄患者髋关节置换术后并发症的出现，提高患者及家属的满意度，有利于高龄患者髋关节置换术后的康复。

Effect observation of model on prevention of in senile patients early nursing intervention postoperative complications with hip replacement

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention model on the pre- vention of postoperative complications in senile patients with hip replacement. Methods 162 senile patients（over age of 60）were collected. Among 162 cases, 82 cases collected from October 2008 to September 2010 were designed as control group, and 80 cases collected from October 2010 to September 2012 were designed as intervention group. The control group was conducted with con- ventional nursing measures, while the intervention group was conducted with comprehensive nurs- ing intervention measures on the basis of the control group. Incidence rate of complications and sat- isfactory degree toward nursing were compared between two groups. Results In the intervention group, 4 patients had complications, and the incidence rate of complication was 5.0 % ; in the con- trol group, 12 patients had complications, and the incidence rate of complications was 14.6%. There was significant difference of incidence rate of complications between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of early nursing intervention model for senile patients with hip re- placement can reduce the incidence rate of complications, improve the satisfactory degree toward nursing in patients and their family members as well as promote the postoperative rehabilitations of senile patients.
