宫颈阴道腹壁筋膜悬吊术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂患者的护理

目的探讨女性盆腔脏器脱垂（POP）患者行宫颈阴道腹壁筋膜悬吊术的围术期护理经验。方法回顾性分析12例不同程度POP患者采用宫颈阴道腹壁筋膜悬吊术治疗的临床和围术期护理资料。结果12例患者手术均顺利完成，术后2～5d出院，无并发症发生。术后随访患者自觉症状消失，根据盆腔脏器脱垂定量分期法（POP—Q）评判，盆底结构基本正常，无复发病例。结论宫颈阴道腹壁筋膜悬吊术治疗不同程度盆腔器官脱垂疗效满意，手术简单易行，严密的围术期护理及健康指导是保证手术成功、促进患者术后康复的重要环节。

Nursing for pelvic organ cervicovaginal abdominal prolapse patients with wall fascia suspension

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience of the female pelvic organ prolapse （POP） patients with cervicovaginal abdominal wall fascia suspension. Methods Clinical and perioperative nursing materials of 12 patients with different degrees of POP treated by eervicovaginal abdominal wall fascia suspension were analyzed retrospectively. Results 12 patients completed operation successfully. They were discharged from hospital in 2 to 5 days after operation, and no complications were observed. In the process of postoperative follow - up, all the patients fdt well, and pelvic structure was almost normal according to the POP-Q method, no recurrence eases were observed. Conclusion Efficacy of cervicovaginal abdominal wall fascia suspension in the treat- ment of patients with pelvic organ prolapse is significant, and this surgery is very simple. Rigorous perioperative nursing and health guidance are the important guarantees of the successful operation and the fine rehabilitations of patients.
