老年肾病综合征并发症的原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨老年肾病综合征并发症的原因及相应护理措施。方法回顾分析80例肾病综合征患者并发症的原因，并给予相应护理措施。对比治疗前后并发症总发生率。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后患者并发感染、急性肾衰竭、电解质紊乱、低蛋白血症及血栓栓塞的并发症总发生率显著降低，差异有统计学意义。结论精确分析并发症原因并采取相应的护理措施，可有效降低老年肾病综合征患者并发症的发生率，提高临床疗效和患者的生活质量，值得在临床进一步研究和应用。

Analysis of complication causes of elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome and its nursing countermeasures

Objective To explore the causes and corresponding nursing countermeasures of the complications in elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome（NS）. Methods The causes of complications in 80 patients with NS were retrospectively analyzed, and corresponding nursing measures were applied. Eventually, the preoperative incidence rate of complications in patients was contrasted with postoperative incident rate. Results Compared with preoperative incidence rate, the total incidence rate of complications including infection, acute renal failure, electrolyte disturbance, hypoproteinemia, thrombus and embolism decreased evidently after treatment. Therefore, it revealed that the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Accurate analysis and corresponding nursing measures enables to effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications in elderly patients with NS, and to improve clinical effect and patients＇ life quality. Thus, it is worthy of being further studied and applied in clinic.
