| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理理论在居家脑卒中患者压疮预防中的临床意义。方法选择192例居家脑卒中病例设为观察组，进行居家循证护理；选择107例脑卒中患者设为对照组，采取常规居家护理。结果观察组压疮的发生率为1.56%, 对照组为6.54%, 2组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将循证护理应用于居家脑卒中患者，通过循证实践各种压疮预防措施，有效预防了压疮的发生，从而提高了护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the clinical significance of evidence - based nursing theory on the prevention of pressure sore in the strokepatients at home. Methods The observation group including 128 stroke patients was conducted evidence- based nursing at home while the control group with another 100 stroke patients was given conventional nursing at home. Results The incidence rate of pressure sore was respectively 1.56 % in the observation group and 6.54 % in the control group. The results demonstrated that difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based home nursing is an effective measure to prevent the pressure sore in patients with stroke and improves the quality of nursing. |
