体外循环下二尖瓣置换术的手术配合

目的总结体外循环下二尖瓣置换术的手术配合要点．方法对60例二尖瓣病变患者实施全身麻醉低温体外循环下二尖瓣置换术，术前加强访视，予充分的术前器械和特殊材料的准备，术中行良好的医护配合，确保手术顺利施行和完成。结果本组患者手术配合顺利，除2例患者术后死于并龙症，其余患者均恢复良好。结论瓣膜置换手术风险高、难度大，术前熟悉患者的生理、心理特点，术中准备充分、配合到似、发挥Ⅲ队合作精神，是确保手术成功的重要保证。

Surgical cooperation of patients with replacement of mitral valve under extracorporeal circulation

Objective To summarize the surgical cooperation points of patients with re- placement of mitral valve under extracorporeal circulation. Methods 60 patients were treated with replacement of mitral valve under extracorporeal circulation after general anesthesia. Enhanced pre- operative interview, sufficient preparation of instrument and special materials and careful intraoper- ative cooperation were the important keys to ensure the successful implementation and completion of operation. Results All the patients cooperated with operation successfully, 2 patients died of postoperative complications, and the others recovered well. Conclusion Valve replacement is the kind of operation with high risk and difficult manipulation. Preoperative understanding on physical and mental features of patients and intraoperative preparation and cooperation are the important guarantees of successful operation.
