75岁及以上患者非体外循环冠状动脉旁路术后呼吸系统并发症的护理

目的探讨75岁及以上患者非体外循环冠状动脉旁路术（OPCABG）术后呼吸系统的护理特点。方法 回顾性分析135例75岁及以上OPCABG患者的临床资料，对呼吸系统术后常见并发症的原因及护理进行分析探讨。结果呼吸系统并发症是高龄患者OPCABG术后常见病、多发病，135例高龄患者术后呼吸系统并发症发生率高达81.5%, 院内死亡6例均为呼吸系统严重并发症，病死率4.4%。结论 高龄患者OPCABG术后呼吸系统并发症的护理是术后护理的重点，对于患者顺利康复起着关键性的作用。

Nursing of postoperative complications of respiratory system in patients aged 75 and above with off-pump coronary aortic bypass grafting

Objective To explore the nursing features of postoperative complications of res- piratory system in patients aged 75 and above with off- pump coronary aortic bypass grafting（OP- CABG）. Methods Clinical materials of 135 patients aged 75 and above with OPCABG were retro- spectively analyzed, and reasons and nursing of postoperative common complications of respiratory system were analyzed and discussed. Results Complications of respiratory system was the common disease in senile patients with OPCABG. The incidence rate of complications of respiratory system was as high as 81.5 % in 135 senile patients. 6 of them died of severe complications of respiratory system, and the fatality rate was 4.4%. Conclusion Nursing of postoperative complications of respiratory system in senile patients with OPCABG plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitations of patients.
