老年人结直肠良性穿孔原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨老年人结直肠良性穿孔原因及护理对策。方法对30例老年结直肠良性穿孔患者的临床资料及护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均进行急诊手术治疗，其中23例治愈，3例死于感染中毒性休克, 4例死于多脏器功能衰竭。术后出现吻合口漏3例，5例腹腔脓肿，经保守治疗后治愈。T6H结论老年患者一旦出现结、直肠良性穿孔，病情危重，发展快，病死率高，应尽早手术，正确的护理干预措施能有效减少术后并发症的出现并降低病死率。

Cause analysis of elderly patients with colorectal benign perforation and nursing countermeasures

Objective To explore the causes of elderly patients with colorectal benign perfo- ration and summarize nursing countermeasures. Methods Clinical materials and nursing countermeasures of 30 elderly patients with colorectal benign perforation were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients had emergency surgical treatment, 23 patients were cured, 3 patients died of toxic shock and 4 patients died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. In the postoperative period, 3 patients had stomal leak and 5 patients had abdominal abscess, and they were cured by expectant treatment. Conclusion Once the elderly patients have colorectal benign perforation, the condition of disease is serious and fatality rate is high. Early operation and correct nursing intervention measures can effectively avoid the incidence of postoperative complications and reduce the fatality rate.
