抗阻训练对老年2型糖尿病患者糖代谢、脂代谢等方面的影响

摘    要:目的探讨抗阻训练对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、胰岛素水平、尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法60例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。2组实验前均进行饮食指导,实验期间常规用药不变。对照组保持日常生活习惯,观察组进行抗阻训练。观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、餐后2h胰岛素(2hlns)、血脂、HbAlC、尿微量白蛋白(MA)水平。结果观察组治疗后FBG、2hBG、HbAlc水平明显降低。观察组治疗后FBG、2hBG、HbAIc水平明显低于对照组。2组患者治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL—c)水平均明显降低;观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL—C水平明显低于对照组。2组治疗后Fins、2hIns、MA水平均较治疗前明显降低。观察组治疗后Fins、MA水平均较对照组明显降低。结论抗阻训练在调控老年2型糖尿病患者糖代谢和脂代谢等方面具有明显作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of resistance training on levels of blood glu- cose, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), insulin and micro- albumin in elderly pa- tients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divid- ed into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Dietary instruction was per- formed before experiment, and routine medication was maintained during the experiment in both groups. Daily living habits were kept in the control group, while the observation group was con- ducted with resistance training. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hours postprandial glucose (2h BG), fasting insulin (Fins), 2 hours postprandial insulin (2h Ins), blood lipid, HbA1C and micro- albumin (MA) were observed in both groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2 h BG and HbAIC in the observation group decreased obviously, which were signif- icantly lower than those in the control group; the levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low- density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) decreased apparently in both groups, the levels of indexes mentioned above in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con- trol group. The levels of Fins, 2h Ins and MA decreased significantly in both groups, and the levels of Fins and MA in post - treatment period in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Resistance training plays a remarkable role in regulating the levels of glycometabolism and lipid metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
