VEGF和Bcl-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达

目的探讨Bcl-2和血管内皮生长因子（vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色方法检测80例NSCLC和20例正常肺组织中Bcl一2和VEGF的表达。结果NSCLC组织中VEGF和Bcl-2阳性表达率显著高于正常肺组织（P〈0.01）；VEGF和Bcl-2的表达在高、中和低分化肺癌组间比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；与肺癌TNM分期组间比较差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）；VEGF的表达在有淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组，差异有显著性（P．〈0．os）；而Bcl-2在有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组间的表达无差异性（P〉0．05）。VEGF、Bcl-2的表达与患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论VEGF和Bcl-2的高表达可能与NSCLC的发生发展有关，两种基因蛋白产物的检测对肺癌患者的诊治和预后评估有积极意义，

The Expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 in Non-small Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the expressions and role of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and Bcl-2 in non-smaU cell lung cancer. Methods The expressions of Bcl-2 and VEGF in 80 pathologically diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer patients and 20 normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results The overall positive expression rates of Bcl-2 and VEGF in NSCLC were beth higher than that in normallung tissue （P〈0.01） ,the positive rate of VEGF and Bcl-2 oncoprotein expression are significant in the high, middle and low differentiation of lung cancer （P〈0.05）,and so do the TNM staging of lung cancer （P〈0.05）. The group of lymph node metastasis was significantly different from ones without lymph node metastasis in the positive rate of VEGF oncopmtein （P〈0.05）,but no significant correlations was found of Bcl-2. No significant correlation was found between expressions of VEGF, Bcl-2 with age, gender, histologic type （P〉0.05）. Conclusion VEGF and Bcl-2 may be closely related to carcinogenesis and development of lung cancer. The detection of their gene protein has positive effect on diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
