无张力疝修补术临床分析

目的探讨腹股沟疝的病因及如何降低无张力疝修补术后的复发率。方法回顾性分析38例腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床资料。结果所有患者手术均顺利,平均手术时间48min,无手术死亡和切口感染,术后切口疼痛6人,阴囊积液4人,术后随访6～18个月,无复发。结论无张力疝修补术方法简便、适用范围广、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少;是目前较为安全有效的腹股沟疝的修补方法。

Clinical Analysis of Tension-free Herniorrhaphy
