胃镜下注射消痔灵治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血32例疗效观察

目的:观察经胃镜下注射消痔灵治疗肝硬化并食管静脉曲张出血疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为2组各32例,治疗组以消痔灵、对照组以5％鱼肝油酸钠,胃镜下分点注射治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.63％,对照组为87.50％,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:消痔灵经胃镜下注射治疗肝硬化并食管静脉曲张出血疗效好,对周围组织破坏和继发性出血少,副反应轻,尤其对高龄患者伴有其他器官病变更合适。

Treatment of Hemorrhage From Esophageal Varices Due to Hepatic Cirrhosis by Injecting Xiaozhiling Under Gastroscope:A Clinical Observation of 32 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of injecting Xiaozhiling(XZL) under gastroscope for hemorrhage from esophageal varices due to hepatic cirrhosis. Methods: 64 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly, 32 cases in each group. Treatment group treated by XZL and 5% of sodium morrhuate injection under gastroscope for control group. Results: The total effective rate was 90. 63% in treatment group and 87. 5% in control group( P>0. 05). Conclusion: XZL injection possesses a good effect for hemorrhage from esophageal varices due to hepatic cirrhosis and can decrease the damage of peripheral tissues and secondary hemorrhage. Its side effect is mild and is more suitable for the aged complicated with disease of other organs.
