难治性精神分裂症患者的临床特点分析

目的探讨难治性精神分裂症患者的临床特点。方法按入院时间先后顺序共纳入80例难治性精神分裂症患者作为研究组,对照组80例为非难治性精神分裂症患者,在其他精神分裂症患者中随机选取。对2组的临床资料进行比较。结果研究组与对照组比较,在家族史、首发年龄、未治期、社会支持方面的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或〈0．01）,而家庭经济水平及临床亚型方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。难治性精神分裂症在幻视、影响妄想、强迫症状、思维贫乏、情感症状方面与非难治性精神分裂症比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或〈0．01）。结论难治性精神分裂症患者具有家族史阳性率高,发病年龄早,未治期长,强迫症状及阴性症状较突出的特点。

Analysis of the climcal characteristics in patients with refractory schizophrenia

objective To explore the clinical features in patients with refractory schizophrenia. Methods According to admission time sequence in 80 patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia as a group, control group 80 cases of patients with refractory schizophrenia, randomly selected in the other patients with schizophrenia. The clinical data of 2 groups were compared. Results Group compared with control group, in family history, age, starting not cure period, social support, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0. 01）, and the differences of family economic level and clinical subtypes has no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05）. Treatment-resistant schizophrenia in op, affect the delusion, forcing symptoms, poverty of thought, emotional symptoms compared with the refractory schizophrenia difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Treatment-resistant schizophrenia patients with a family history of high positive rate, early onset age, not cure period is long, force symptom and the characteristics of negative symptoms is more prominent.
