个性化护理对胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的临床价值探析

目的：分析探讨个性化护理对胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的应用价值。方法：选取2012年2月至2013年8月于本院进行胆结石手术的患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个性化护理，比较两组患者的术前焦虑评分和护理效果。结果：护理后观察组患者HAMD评分明显低于观察组，P〈0．05，观察组患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：个性化护理能够有效缓解胆结石患者的术前焦虑，有利于手术的顺利进行，并提高了患者的护理满意度，值得在临床护理中广泛应用。

Clinical value of individualized nursing on anxiety of patients with gallstones before operation

Objective： To investigate the application value of individualized nursing analysis on anxiety of patients with gallstones before operation. Methods： 92 cases of patients from 2012 February to 2013 August were gall stone operation in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group with routine nursing, the observation group with personalized care, compared two groups of patients with preoperative anxiety scores and nursing effect. Results： after nursing the patients in observation group were significantly lower than the observation group, MD score, P〈0.05, patients in the observation group satisfaction with care was significandy higher than the control group, the P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： personalized nursing can alleviate the preoperative anxiety of patients with gallstones and effective, and is good for the smooth operation, and improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care, it is widely used in clinical nursing.
