超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效

目的：探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的临床效果；方法：从我院2012年3月至2014年6月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者中选择60例进行回顾性分析，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组30例，对照组行保守治疗，观察组在对照组基础上行超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗，观察两组患者治疗后指标变化及康复情况；结果：观察组治疗后实验室检查指标情况明显优于对照组，血淀粉酶恢复时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；结论：在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中，运用超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流，疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广运用。

Ultrasound guided p ercutaneous catheter drainage of clinical efficacy in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective： To explore the value of ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage clinical effect in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis; methods： from 2012 March to 2014 June in our hospital were treated in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in 60 patients were analyzed retrospectively, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, control group of conservative treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage treatment, patients of two groups were observed after treatment and rehabilitation index changes; results： the observation group after treatment control laboratory indexes were significantly better in group, the recovery time of serum amylase and the hospitalization were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）; conclusion： in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, the use of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture and catheter drainage, curative effect, high safety, worthy of clinical application.
