脉栓通在缺血性脑血管疾病中的应用

目的探讨脉栓通对缺血性脑血管疾病的疗效．方法对治疗组和对照组的缺血性脑血管疾病的病人分别用脉栓通、脉络宁治疗，观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度积分值的变化，血液流变学，经颅彩色多普勒超声结果的变化。结果治疗组总有效率94％，对照组总有致率74％．治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标及血脂结果均显改善，而对照组治疗后改善不明显，治疗组治疗后经颅多普勒超声各项指标有显改善．而对照组数善不明显．结论脉栓通过敏血性脑血管疾病疗效明显．具有确切的扩血管作用，同时可以调节脂类代谢，并且有降纤的作用．

Objtective: To study the effects of vedrin to ischemic cerebrovascular discase(ICVD),Method Divided the patients of ICVD into therapeutic group and contrast group give each ot the group Vedr in and mailuo Ning seperately, observe the changcs of hemorheology, in tegral of the degree of the dapsage of nerve function, and the results of Transcranial Doppler (TCD). Results The total effective rate of the thr eapeutic group is 94%, and the contrast group is 74%, After treatment, every targets of the ne morhe-lology. blood fat and TCD are improved greatly, However, the contrast group rarely have any improvement. Conclusion Vedrin has abvious effects to ischepeic cerebravasculac disease, and could dilate the bloud vessel At the same time, it could adjust the metabolize of lipids and reduce fibrinogen.
