重症胰腺炎机械通气患者镇静镇痛药物的应用及护理

目的观察机械通气联合镇静镇痛药物救治重症胰腺炎患者的疗效,为临床护理提供依据。方法对重症胰腺炎ARDS患者14例行气管插管机械通气治疗,配合咪达唑仑及芬太尼治疗,观察2组心率、呼吸、pH、动脉血气分析变化情况。结果通气后24h及撤机后各指标情况均优于通气前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症胰腺炎机械通气患者应用镇静镇痛药物,密切观察、评估及合理的护理措施是保证疗效、减少并发症的重要环节。

The application of calm analgesic drug and nursing care of severe acute pancreatitis patients with mechanical ventilation

Objective To observe the effect of mechanical ventilation combined with calm analgesic drug in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients to provide the basis for clinical nursing.Methods The severe acute pancreatitis ARDS patients of 14 were treated with mechanical ventilation combined with midazolam and fentanyl.And the heart rate,breath,pH and the change condition of arterial blood gas analysis were observed.Results The condition of each index at 24 hours after ventilation and after discontinuing mechanical ventilation were respectively better than those before ventilation,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Using calm analgesic drug for severe acute pancreatitis patients with mechanical ventilation,accurate observation and assessment and reasonable care measures are important segment to guarantee the curative effect and reduce the complications.
