彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的方法和临床价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的方法和临床价值。方法选择缺血性脑梗死患者65例作为观察组。另选择同期体检者60例作为对照组。2组均采用彩色多普勒显像仪进行检测,并对检测结果进行比较。结果观察组斑块检出率为78.5%高于对照组的50.0%;观察组混合斑发生率为85.0%高于对照组的67.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组轻、中、重度狭窄发生率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论彩色多普勒超声可用于诊断颈动脉粥样硬化,还可作为跟踪随访判断疗效的指标。

Method and clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the clinical value and method of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 65 cases with ischemic cerebral infarction were chosen as the observation group,and another 60 cases underwent examination were chosen as the control group at the same period.Both groups underwent the detection of color doppler flow imaging instrument,and the results were compared.Results The detection rate of plaque of the observation group was 78.5% higher than 50.0% of the control group;The incidence rate of mixed stain of the observation group was 85.0% higher than 67.9% of the control group;all the differences above were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence rate of light,medium and severe degree of stenosis of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference above was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can be used for the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis,It can also be followed to be an index to judge the efficacy.
