乳腺手术112例围术期抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

目的调查乳腺手术围术期抗生素应用现状,探讨提高抗菌药物合理应用水平。方法对112例乳腺手术围术期抗生素使用情况进行回顾分析。结果 112例乳腺手术患者围术期抗生素使用率为100.0%,其中预防性用药83例占74.1%,治疗性用药29例占25.9%。初次给药时机选择不合理38例术中无1例追加抗生素,手术后当天100.0%使用抗生素。大部分病例选择第1代头孢类抗生素。结论乳腺手术围术期抗生素使用仍存在术前用药时机选择不当、预防用药时间过长等问题,应继续加强对围术期抗生素使用的管理,规范其应用。

Investigation of antibiotics using at perioperative period in breast surgurey

Objective To study the application of antibiotics to breast surgurey during perioperative period,and to elevate the levels of rational utilization of antibiotics.Methods Retrospective analysed investigation of antimicrobial drug using in 112 cases breast surgurey patients during perioperative period.Results perioperative antibiotic using rate of 112 cases of breast surgery patients was 100.0%,of which 83 cases of preventive medicine（74.1%）,therapeutic drug 29 cases（25.9%）.Timing of initial administration of 38 cases of unreasonable one case additional surgery in antibiotic-free,the day after surgery,100.0% of the use of antibiotics.In most cases choosed the first-generation cephalosporins.Conclusion Breast surgery perioperative using of antibiotics are still inappropriate timing of preoperative medication,preventive medication for too long and other issues,should continue to strengthen the use of antibiotics for perioperative management.
