艾司西酞普兰治疗焦虑症、抑郁症的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察艾司西酞普兰治疗焦虑症及抑郁症的疗效。方法对焦虑症和抑郁症患者各50例(分别为焦虑症组和抑郁症组)进行艾司西酞普兰6周开放性治疗,剂量10~15mg/d。治疗后比较2组疗效及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,并观察不良反应。结果焦虑症组总有效率为79.6%,抑郁症组总有效率为82.0%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后HAMD、HAMA评分均改善(P<0.01),且2组间治疗前后HAMD、HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且不良反应轻微。结论艾司西酞普兰治疗焦虑症与抑郁症同样有效,可视为一种抗焦虑症的有效药物。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of escitalopram in anxiety disorder and depression disorder.Methods 100 cases patients with anxiety disorder and depression disorderanxiety disorder group(50 cases) and depression disorder group(50 cases)] were given escitalopram 6 weeks of open treatment,the dose of 1015mg/d.After treatment,compared efficacy and the scores of hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) and hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) of two groups,and observed the adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate of anxiety disorder group was 79.6%,the total effective rate of depression disorder group was 82.0%,there was no significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05).After treatment,HAMD,HAMA scores of two groups were improved(P〈0.01);And between two groups before and after treatment,the difference of HAMD,HAMA scores were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of two groups was no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram has the similar effects on both anxiety disorder and depression disorder.It can be used as an anti-anxiety drug.
