局部皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的方法和临床效果探讨

目的探讨局部皮瓣修复手部拇指软组织缺损的方法和临床效果。方法对30例拇指软组织缺损并伴骨外露患者采用局部皮瓣进行手术修复。结果术后30例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣面积为3.5 cm×2.5 cm~5.5 cm×3.5 cm,皮瓣平均蒂长7 cm。术后随访3~12个月,所有病例皮瓣外观、血运、质地、色泽、弹性较好,无需二期修整。皮瓣供受区无严重并发症发生。结论拇指桡背侧动脉皮瓣是修复拇指软组织缺损操作简便,无需牺牲上肢主要动脉,皮瓣成活率高,并发症少,是修复手背及手指软组织缺损的较好皮瓣之一。

To discuss the method and clinical effect of local flap repaired of skin and soft tissue defects of hand

Objective To investigate the local flap repair of hand soft tissue defects in the thumb method and clinical results.Methods 30 cases patients of thumb soft tissue defect with exposed bone by local flap repair.Results After surgery,30 cases flaps all survived,flap area was 3.5cm×2.5cm-5.5cm×3.5cm,the average flap pedicle length was 7cm.Followed up 3-12 months,the appearance,blood supply,texture,color,elasticity of all cases flaps,no needed two trim.Flap for the affected area without serious complications.Conclusion Thumb radial artery,dorsal flap to repair soft tissue defects of the thumb is simple,without sacrificing the upper main artery,the flap survival rate higher and few complications,is to repair the back of the hand and fingers flap of soft tissue defect of the ideal method.
