| 摘 要： | 目的观察蒙脱石散、双岐三联活菌胶囊联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法将82例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为2组。对照组40例给予蒙脱石散加双岐三联活菌胶囊治疗;治疗组42例,在对照组基础上加用更昔洛韦静脉滴注。治疗后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗过程中未见有明显不良反应发生。结论蒙脱石散、双岐三联活菌胶囊联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿秋季腹泻效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of montmorillonite powder,bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with ganciclovir in infants with rotavirus enteritis.Methods 82 cases of infants with rotavirus enteritis were divided into two groups randomly.Control group（40 cases） were treated by montmorillonite powder and bifidobacterium triple viable capsule.Based on control group,treatment group（42 cases） were treated by ganciclovir.After treatmeat,compared the effect of two group.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（92.9%） was higher than that of control group（70.0%）（P〈0.05）.Course of treatment,no significant adverse reactions happened.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder,bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined ganciclovir in infants with rotavirus enteritis has good effect,safe,reliable. |
