热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

目的观察热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射剂联合治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将60例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予热毒宁注射液0.6-0.8ml·kg^-1·d^-1和利巴韦林10ml·kg^-1·d^-1静脉滴注,每天1次,连续3-5d;对照组仅应用利巴韦林注射剂10ml.kg-1.d-1静脉滴注,连续3-5d。治疗后比较2组疗效,并观察2组患儿发热时间、皮疹消退时间及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组患儿发热时间及皮疹消退时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射剂治疗小儿手足口病优于单用利巴韦林注射剂,且安全性高、不良反应少,值得推广应用。

The effect observation of Reduning injection combined with ribavirin in children with hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reduning injection combined with ribavirin in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 60 cases child with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.Treatment group were treated with Reduning injection 0.6-0.8ml·kg^-1·d^-1 and ribavirin 10ml·kg^-1·d^-1 intravenous drip,one time a day,continuous 3-5d;Control group only received ribavirin 10ml·kg^-1·d^-1 intravenous drip,continuous 3-5d.After treatment,compared efficacy of two groups,and observed fever time,rash subsided time and adverse reaction of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（96.7%） was higher than that of control group（83.3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The fever time and rash subsided time of treatment group were shorter than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No significant adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion The effect of reduning injection combined with ribavirin in children with hand-foot-mouth disease is superior to single using ribavirin injection,and safe,less adverse reaction.
