三种外敷法预防静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效比较

目的探讨预防静脉留置针导致静脉炎的有效措施,以降低静脉炎的发生率,延长留置时间。方法 120例患者随机分为A、B、C3组各40例,A组：采用新鲜马铃薯片外敷注射部位外加保鲜膜,B组采用新鲜马铃薯片外敷注射部位,C组采用50%硫酸镁湿纱布块外敷注射部位。观察3组静脉炎发生率及静脉留置时间。结果 A组静脉留置时间〉5d者明显多于B、C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。A组静脉炎总发生率低于B、C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新鲜马铃薯片外敷注射部位外加保鲜膜持续外敷静脉输液部位,可有效预防静脉炎的发生,并延长静脉留置针的留置时间,值得临床推广应用。

Effect comparison of three external applications for preventing phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needle

Objective To investigate the effective prevention method for phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needle,so as to reduce the incidence rate of phlebitis and prolong the time of intravenous indwelling needle.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into group A,B and C,40 cases of each.Group A was treated with external application on injection site of fresh potato chips with preservative film;Group B was treated with external application on injection site of fresh potato chips;Group C was treated with external application on injection site of wet gauze piece of 50% magnesium sulfate injection.The incidence rate of phlebitis and time of intravenous indwelling needle were observed.Results The time of intravenous indwelling needle that more than 5 days in group A was more than group B and C,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.The total incidence rate of phlebitis of Group A was lower than Group B and Group C,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Using external application on injection site of fresh potato chips with preservative film can effectively prevent phlebitis,as well as prolong the time of intravenous indwelling needle,so it is worth clinical popularization and application.
