| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃窦癌根治术对患者预后的影响。方法对30例胃窦癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后复发情况与十二指肠断端有无癌细胞残存密切相关。幽门下切除十二指肠<3 cm时,癌细胞残存达31.2%;切除十二指肠≥3 cm时,十二指肠切除断端无癌细胞残存。结论行胃窦癌根治术时,切除十二指肠尽可能≥3 cm。根据患者的实际情况进行淋巴结清扫、术后辅以化疗可有效提高患者的预后,预防复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of gastric antral cancer radical correction on prognosis of patients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 30 cases patients with retrospectively.Results Postoperative recurrence of duodenal stump with or without residual cancer cells were closely related.Pyloric resection of the duodenum 3cm,the cancer cells remained 31.2%;≥3cm duodenal resection,the cut end of duodenum was no residual cancer cell.ConclusionGastric antral cancer radical surgery,removal of the duodenum should as possible as ≥ 3cm.According to the actual situation of patients with scavenging of lymphaden,adjuvant chemotherapy can improve prognosis of patients,prevention of recurrence. |
