| 摘 要： | 目的观察铝碳酸镁辅治胃溃疡伴胆汁反流的临床效果。方法将120例胃溃疡伴胆汁反流患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组联合使用铝碳酸镁治疗。观察2组临床疗效及上腹痛、腹胀、烧心、反酸、嗳气、恶心、呕吐等症状变化。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的71.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各症状积分均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组上腹痛、烧心、反酸、嗳气及恶心症状改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁辅治胃溃疡伴胆汁反流疗效可靠,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of hydrotalcite in gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation.Methods120 cases patients with gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases.Control group were given omeprazole,and observation group were added with hydrotalcite.Observed clinical efficacy and upper abdominal pain,bloating,heartburn,acid reflux,belching,nausea,vomiting of two group.Results The total effective rate of observation group（93.3%） was higher than that of control group（71.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the each symptom score lower（P〈0.05）;And improvement situation of upper abdominal pain,heartburn,heartburn,belching and nausea symptom were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hydrotalcite in gastric ulcer combined with bile regurgitation has a nice effect. |
