米索前列醇应用于剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果观察

目的观察米索前列醇应用于剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法 89例患者随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例,2组均于胎儿取出后子宫壁肌内注射缩宫素20U及静脉注射缩宫素20U。观察组麻醉成功后于阴道后穹窿及直肠分别置入米索前列醇。观察术中及产后24h出血量、手术时间、住院时间及排气时间,并比较2组产后出血发生率。结果观察组术中及产后24h出血量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但2组手术时间、住院时间、排气时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组发生产后出血2例(4.4%),对照组为5例(11.4%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇应用于剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术可减少出血量,安全有效。

Effect observation of misoprostol applied to the combination of cesarean section and hysteromyomectomy

Objective To observe the effect of misoprostol applied to the combination of cesarean section and hysteromyomectomy.Methods 89 cases were randomly divided into observation groupof 45 and control group of 44.Both groups received injection of oxytocin 20U in the uterine wall and intravenous injection of oxytocin 20U after removing fetal intramuscular.The observation group was placed with misoprostol after anesthesia in posterior fornix and the rectum.The intraoperative and 24h postpartum blood loss,operative time,hospitalization time and exhaust time and the incidence of bleeding were observed.Results The intraoperative and 24h postpartum blood loss in the observation group were respectively less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.But talking about operative time,hospitalization time and exhaust time,there was no statistical significance（P0.05）.2 cases（4.4%） in the observationg happened postpartum hemorrhage,while that in the control group was 5 cases（11.4%）,and the difference was of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Using misoprostol in the combination of cesarean section and hysteromyomectomy can reduce blood loss,which is safe and effective.
