腹腔镜胆囊切除术疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的疗效及手术配合。方法 162例患者随机分为治疗组79例和对照组83例,治疗组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术,并实施手术护理配合,对照组采用开腹胆囊切除术,观察2组手术情况。结果治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间及术后住院天数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术效果明显优于开腹胆囊切除术,而充分的术前准备、完善的器械设备、良好的操作技能、术中医护的协调配合是手术成功的关键。

Effect observation and operative cooperation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the efficacy and operative cooperation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 162 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 79 and control group of 83.The treatment group were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and implemented the cooperation of operative care;The control group were treated by open cholecystectomy.Observe the operative condition of 2 groups.Results The volume of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,time of beginning to act on the floor and length of hospital stay were respectively less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy was better than that of open cholecystectomy obviously,and the adequate preoperative preparation,perfect equipments,good skills and intraoperative care cooperation are the key to successful operation.
