| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄的临床诊断和手术治疗。方法：对1996-1999年间，因腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄38例行手术治疗，术中均行神经根管探查并彻底松解受压神经根。结果：术后随访38例，优20例，良15例，一般2例，差1例，优良率92.11%。结论：神经根管扩大和神经根探查彻底减压是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and surgery of lumbar disc herniation with strictured nerve root canal.Methods 38 cases of lumbar disc herniation with strictured nerve root canal were treated by surgery from 1996 to 1999.To explore that nerve root canal and completely release the pressured nerve.38 cases were follow up.Results It was shown that the operative effectiveness were excellent in 20 cases,good in 15,fairly good in 2 and poor in 1.The effective rate was 92.11%.Conclusion To enlarge fenestration under certain condition and relieve the nerve root completely are the key point to successful operation. |
