| 摘 要： | 目的：研究银屑病的中医证候分布及演变规律。方法：采用临床流行病学群体研究方法，调查银屑病在不同性别、年龄、季节、病期和病程等方面的证候分布及演变规律。结果：本病主要证候为血热证、血燥证和血瘀证，其中血热证最常见。3种主要证候的分布与病期和本次复发时间密切相关。结论：血热证、血燥证和血瘀证可作为本病中医辨证规范的基本证型。血热是病情转化的关键．应充分重视血热证的治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the rule of distribution and development of TCM syndromes of psoriasis.Methods:Mass survey method of clinical epidemiology was adopted to research distribution and development of TCM syndromes of psoriasis in different sexes,ages,seasons,and stages and durations of disease.Results:The main syndromes of psoriasis are blood heat,blood dryness and blood stasis,blood heat being most commonly seen type.The distribution of the three main syndromes is closely related to disease stages and recurrent time.Conclusion:Blood heat,blood dryness and blood stasis can be used as basic syndrome types of TCM syndrome differentiation standardization.Blood heat is the key of transformation of illness condition and attention should be paid to the treatment of blood heat. |
