高职医学新生心理健康状况调查

目的调查与分析高职医学院校大学生心理健康状况。方法对某高职医学院大学新生3675名。采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行集体测查和比较分析。结果被测查学生总体心理健康水平与全国常模相比其躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对因子均显著低于全国常模；强迫、恐怖、精神病性因子显著高于全国常模。与大学生历年综合样本和高职学生样本相比，各因子均偏低，有显著性差异；女大学生与女性常模相比在6个因子上存在显著性差异；在个别因子上男女学生有显著差异：不同系别和不同专业之间的学生在个别因子上的得分有显著性差异。结论应有针对性地开展心理健康教育，帮助大学生建立稳定、乐观和积极进取的健康心理。

Study on Mental Health State of Medical Students in High Vocational College

Objective To investigate and study the mental health state of medical students in high vo-cational college. Methods 3675 students in Henan Medical College for Staff and Workers were investi-gated with Symptom Check-List 90 （SCL-90）. Results The subject scores of obsessive compulsive disorder, photic anxiety and psychoticism were higher than that of the national norm, the scores of all factors of SCL-90 were low. There were significantly differences in some factor scores of SCL-90 between male and female students and also among different departments and different majors. Conclusion Mental health education should be strengthened, in order to help the students establish the stability, optimism with the positive and enterprising health mental state.
