马兜铃酸对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响

摘    要:目的 观察马兜铃酸 (aristolochicacid ,AA)对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响。方法 建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型 ,2 1天后瘢痕局部注射不同浓度的马兜铃酸或生理盐水 ,4 9天后观察药物对瘢痕增生指数 (HypertrophicIndex ,HI)的影响及光镜下瘢痕变化情况。结果 瘢痕增生指数 (HI)与药物浓度呈负相关 ,光镜下见明显抑制成纤维细胞增殖及降低胶原纤维的含量。结论 马兜铃酸可抑制兔耳增生性疤痕组织增生 ,有望成为防治增生性瘢痕的新药物。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of aristolochic acid on hypertrophic scars in the rabbit ears.Methods The animal model of hypertrophic scars was established and treated 21 days later with aristolochic acid at different concentrations or saline as control.On day 49, the hypertrophic index and changes of the scars were observed under light microscopy.Results Hypertrophic index was inversely correlated with the concentration of aristolochic acid.Fibroblasts and collagens were found considerably decreased in the aristolochic acid-treated group.Conclusion Aristolochic acid can inhibit the proliferation of hypertrophic scars in the rabbit ears and it is promising in the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars.
