| 摘 要： | 目的评价直肠拖出采用双吻合器技术实施保肛低位直肠癌切除手术的疗效。方法对25例低位直肠癌经肛门拖出双吻合器保留肛门括约肌手术的病例资料进行分析。结果25例低位直肠癌患者均保留了有控制大便功能的肛门，术后发生切口感染2例，吻合口漏1例，无手术死亡，随访1～3年，有2例局部复发。结论经肛门拖出双吻合器保肛术治疗低位直肠癌具有操作简单、安全可行等优点，能提高患者的生存质量。
