颈中交感神经节阻滞在神经性耳聋耳鸣治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨颈中交感神经节阻滞配合中药对神经性耳聋耳呜的治疗作用。方法 选择神经性耳聋耳鸣患者95例(105侧耳),随机分成治疗组50侧耳,对照组55侧耳。所有患者均采用中药治疗,治疗组同时应用颈中交感神经节阻滞,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,2个疗程之间间隔1周。结果 治疗组在接受治疗的45例患者50耳中,听力和或耳鸣治疗后总有效率88%,明显高于对照组69%,P〈0.05。同时显示病程短治疗效果好。颈中交感神经节阻滞成功率高,并发症发生率低。结论 颈中交感神经节阻滞复合中药对神经性耳聋耳鸣治疗是一种安全、有效、可靠的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of middle cervical sympathetic ganglion block (MCSGB) combined with Chinese medicine on the sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) and tinnitus. Methods 95 cases (105 ears) with SNHL were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (50 ears) and control group (55 ears). The patients in the treatment group were treated with (MCSGB) and Chinese medicine once a day, 10 times as one course with 1 week of interval between two courses. The ones in the control group accepted only Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate was 88% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (69%). In addition, the shorter course of disease showed a better prognosis. The success rate of MCSGB was 97% and the complications occurred less. Conclusion MCSGB combined with Chinese medicine is a simple, safe and reliable method for the treatment of SNHL.
