| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法。②方法 对１９６８～１９９８ 年收治的非功能性胰岛细胞瘤２２ 例进行回顾性分析。③结果 ６８．２％ 的病人发现胰腺包块，Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查包块定位准确率分别为８０．０％ 和８７．５％ ．肿瘤钙化率和强化率分别为４３．８％ 和８３．３％ ．术前超声引导包块穿刺活检９ 例，８ 例能定性诊断。２２例中良性１１ 例，可疑恶性５例，恶性６ 例。２０例采用手术治疗。④结论 Ｂ超、ＣＴ和术前超声引导包块穿刺活检是诊断本病的主要手段，手术切除是治疗本病的有效方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of nonfunctioning islet cell tumors. Methods 22 patients with nonfunctioning islet cell tumor admitted from 1968 to 1998 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Pancreatic masses were found in 15 cases (68.2%). Accurate localization rate of pancreatic mass by ultrasound and CT examinations were 80.0% and 87.5% respectively. Ultrasound guided needle biopsy before operation was performed on 9 cases,of which 8 cases were diagnosed. Of the 22 cases,11 were benign,5 were suspected malignant,and 6 were malignant. 20 patients were performed surgically.Conclusion Ultrasound, CT and preoperative ultrasound guided needle biopsy were main methods in diagnosing nonfunctioning islet cell tumor. Surgical resection was an effective method in the treatment of the disease.; |
