| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合护理对腹部外科手术后患止痛的效果。方法：从肌肉紧张度改善，痛感明显减轻，睡眠质量提高，保护性体位消失等４方面评估。结果：上述４方面分别达到１００％、９８．６％、９８．３％和９９．１％。结论：综合护理可使患术后疼痛得到较好的控制，减少术后并发症，促进伤口愈合，缩短住院时间。
