次氯酸钠窦腔滴注液的制备及其稳定性研究

摘    要:目的对次氯酸钠窦腔滴注液的制备及其稳定性进行研究,拓宽次氯酸钠的用途,为临床提供新制剂.方法制备采取先配成2.5%次氯酸钠溶液和7.5%磷酸二氢钠溶液,临用时将上述两液各10ml加至0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中作窦腔滴注,稳定性采用留样观察法.结果2.5%次氯酸钠液,pH=13时,t09为170d,加入氮化硼作为稳定剂,t0.9为306d,0.05%次氯酸钠窦腔滴注液,pH=7.2,含氮化硼0.015μg@ml-1时有效期为18d,临床试用疗效满意.结论次氯酸钠窦腔滴注液可作为治疗鼻窦炎常规制剂应用,其在碱性(pH=13)环境下稳定,加入氮化硼后稳定性显著增高.

Abstract:Objectives: To Study the preparation and stability of sodium hypochlorite sinus cavity drip solution, develop the use of sodium hypochlorite, and provide a new agent for clinic. Method: 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution and 7.5% sodium dihydrogen phosphate were first made, each 10 ml of both solutions were added into 0.9% solium chloride solution 500 ml before used as sinus carity drip. The stabilities were observed with samples. Result: /o.9 of 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution was 170 days at pH= 13, being 306 days after boron intride was adden as the stabilizing agent. The useful life of 0.05 % sodium hypochlorite solution( pH = 7. 2) containing boron nitride 0. 015ug-ml-1 was 18 days, this solution showed a good therapy effect. Conclusion: The sodium hypochlorite sinus cavity drip solution can used as the routine agent for nasal sinusitis, its stability can be raised significantly when boron nitride was added into the solution and pH= 13.
