| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三维超声表面模式成像在合并腹水疾病中的应用价值。方法 应用Voluson730和SA8000三维彩超成像系统对61例合并腹水的患者进行三维超声表面模式成像。结果 三维超声表面模式更直观全面地显示了腹水中相关脏器及病变的表面形态和相互间立体位置。病因不同，腹水中各相关脏器的三维图像各有其特点。结论 三维超声表面成像可成功地表现腹水中脏器、病变的表面形态，为分析判断腹水产生的病因提供了更加丰富、准确的信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional (3-D) US surface mode imaging in diagnosis of diseases with ascites.Methods Sixty-one patients with ascites were studied in 3-D surface mode imaging by Voluson730 and SA8000.Results 3-D imaging with surface mode can provide surface structure and spatial location of organs or lesion in ascites,the characters of 3-D images are different due to different cause of ascites.(Conclusions 3-D) US surface imaging can provide more characteristic stereo images which were useful in diagnosis the cause of ascites. |
