新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院发热门诊规范化管理探索

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对定点医院发热门诊的规范化管理提出了新的要求。为更好防控疫情,长沙市新冠肺炎定点救治医院发热门诊规范标准编制团队根据国内外研究文献和国家相关法律法规,梳理了发热门诊管理中存在的问题。以问题为导向,通过小组会议形式,确定规范标准的基本框架并撰写初稿。通过发放调查问卷,征集长沙市其余38家三级定点筛查医院发热门诊负责人意见,根据征求意见修改初稿,形成了以组织机构、医疗模块、院感模块和后勤模块组成的新冠肺炎定点医院发热门诊规范化管理标准。发热门诊规范管理标准经几轮修改和专家审核把关,保证了管理标准的科学性、通用性和可操作性,旨在提出近期新冠肺炎发热门诊规范标准,为疫情期间定点医院发热门诊的规范化管理提供参考。

Standardized Management of Fever Clinic in COVID-19 Designated Hospital

The epidemic situation of COVID-19 puts forward new requirements for standardized management of fever clinics in designated hospitals. To better control COVID-19 epidemic situation,problems of fever clinic management are compiled according to the research literature and relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad by fever clinic code standard team of compilers of Changsha COVID-19 designed hospitals. Guided by questions,the basic framework of the standard is determined and the first draft is written through group meeting. Through the questionnaire, the opinions of the leaders of fever clinics in the other 38 three-level designated screening hospitals in Changsha are collected. According to the revised draft,the standardized management standard of fever clinics in COVID-19 designated hospitals is formed,which is composed of organizational structure,medical module,hospital infection module and logistics module. The standardized management standard of fever clinic has been revised several times and checked by experts,which ensures the scientificity,generality and operability of the management standard,to form recent standard spcification of COVID-19 fever clinic,and to provide reference for the standardized management of fever clinic in designated hospitals during the epidemic period.
