医务人员对医联体的知晓情况及影响因素分析

目的:了解苏北地区医务人员对医联体的知晓情况,促进医联体建设。方法:通过问卷调查,应用统计方法对调查数据进行分析。结果:苏北地区医务人员对医联体“比较了解”或“非常理解”的比例为55.09%;主要知晓途径为“通过单位学习”;影响知晓度的因素有医院类别、学历、职称、工作年限、工作岗位。结论:苏北地区医务人员对医联体的知晓率仍有提高空间;相关部门应优化宣传方法,丰富宣传途径,提高医务人员对医联体的知晓度;同时,加强基层医疗机构建设,对医联体建设提供政策支持。

Analysis on Knowledge and Its Influencing Factors of Medical Staff in Medical Union

Objective To understand the medical union knowledge of medical staff in the northern area of Jiangsu province,and promote the construction of medical union.Methods The questionnaire survey was used to collect data,and analyze by using statistics methods.Results The percentage of“understand”or“very understand”the medical union was 55.09%among medical staff in the northern area of Jiangsu;the main way of knowing was through“learning at hospitals”;the factors affecting the degree of knowledge were the type of hospital,education,title,work years,jobs.Conclusion There is still room for improvement on the medical union knowledge of medical staffs in the northern area of Jiangsu;related departments should optimize publicity methods,enrich publicity channels,and improve the medical union knowledge of medical staffs;then strengthen the construction of primary medical institutions and provide policy supports for the medical union construction.
