| 摘 要： | 为了探索与迷信、巫术相关的精神障碍的发病因素、临床特点、治疗及预后，对４０例与迷信、巫术相关的精神障碍进行临床分析。结果显示，患者文化程度偏低，信奉迷信、宗教，具有暗示性和负性情绪之类的社会心理因素为主要诱发因素。临床症状与迷信观念、巫术思想和宗教信仰密切相关。治疗以应用小至中等剂量的抗精神病药物和心理治疗为主，预后均良好

| Abstract: | Inordertostudytheinfluencesofsuperstitionswitchcraftonmentaldisorders,weanalysed40casesoftherelatedpatientswithmentaldisorders.Theinfluencesofsuperstitionandswitchcraftascausativefactors,theclinicalmanifestations,thetreatmentandprognosisofthesedisorderswerestuddied.Theresultsshowedthatsuperstitionandswitchcraftplayeduseofanimportantroleintheepisodesofthementaldisorders.Theuseoflowerormediumdosesoftheantipsychohticsandpsychotherapywouldusualybeefectiveandtheprognosisofthesepatientsusedtobefavorable. |
