活体亲属肾移植手术的临床研究

目的：探讨活体亲属供肾肾移植的可行性及临床效果。方法：对8例活体肾移植术的术前准备、取肾、手术特点及预后进行研究。结果：8例亲属供中，1例术中发生手术意外（出现血管结扎线脱落），1例术后发生创口积血、积液，还有1例术后发生肾病综合征，以上3例经治疗后均恢复正常。受方面：1例术后1个月内发生急排反应，抗排斥治疗后逆转，1例急肾衰，2周内肾功能恢复。结论：活体亲属供肾是安全可行的，但活体供肾受肾存活率是否优于尸体供肾受，有待较长时间观察。

A clinical study of renal transplantation by living relative

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and outcome of renal transplantation by living relative.Methods:The surgical procedure and prognosis of renal transplantation by living relative were studied in 8 cases.Results:An accidental loose of vessel suture occurred in one donor. Another donor had bleeding and exudation in wound and recovered after treatment. A third had nephrotic syndrome. Among recipients, one had acute rejection and acute renal failure respectively and improved after treatment.Conclusion:Renal transplantation by living relative can be performed safely. Whether or not the surviving rate in recipient/graft is better than in cadaver donor awaits long term follow up.
