急性应激应对与褥疮发生相关因素分析

目的：基于急性损伤期病人褥疮并发症的预防，探讨疾病早期应激，应对状况与褥疮发生的关系，方法：使用褥疮量表，行为能力Braden量表，创伤指数，早期生长指标及临床反应指标，对临床早期33例褥疮病人和无褥疮30例对照病人采用对照相关性研究设计，客观反映病人创伤前后的身体素质，行为能力，应激应对状态和褥疮的局部特点，旨在证明损伤早期应激应对与褥疮发生的关系。结果：两组病人的行为能力，创伤 指数无显性差异，两组病人的躯体应激应对指标有显性差异（P＜0．05），结论：早期应激应对状态是诱发褥疮发生的条件和物质基础，应及时给予心理，环境，营养支持预防褥疮的发生，该研究为急性损伤期病人的护理提供了理论指导依据。

The correlative factors of acute stress and occurrence of bedsore and the nursing

Objective To prevent the occurrence of bedsore at acute damage and study the correlative factors of acute stress and occurrence of bedsore. Methods 33 patients with earlier bedsore together with another 30 cases as controls involved in the study by way of bedsore scale, Braden's Scale, injury index, biology index for the purpose of studying the correlation between earlier stress and bedsore. Results There were no significant difference in behaving ability and injury indexes but significant difference in stress indexes between them were found ( P <0.05). Conclusion Earlier stress can induce the occurrence of bedsore physically. Psychological, surrounding and nutritious reinforcement for the patients can prevent its occurrence.
