中学生应急救护知识普及现况研究

目的了解中学生应急救护知识普及和需求情况，为中学生开展救护知识普及提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷，对辖区1707名中学生开展问卷调查。所获数据用SPSS13．0软件进行统计分析。结果心肺复苏知识知晓率为9．84％，交通事故求助电话知晓率及放射性事故救护知识知晓率均低于25％，学校安全通道知晓率达53．54％；地震、洪灾和火灾应急救护知识知晓率均大于60％。学生救护知识的获得主要来自学校，63．15％的学生希望学校开设救护知识普及课程。知识知晓率和行为形成率在文化程度方面的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。知识知晓率在性别方面的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），行为形成率在性别方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论为提高学生自救互救能力，普及救护知识势在必行。

A Survey on Popularization of Knowledge Related to Emergency Rescue in Middle School Students

Objective To investigate the popularization of knowledge related to emergency rescue in middle school students. Methods A total of 1707 students enrolled from four middle schools completed a self - designed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 13.0. Results The awareness rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and school safety passage was 2.5% and 53.5% , respectively. The awareness rate of rescue telephone number for traffic accidents and radiation rescue were both less than 25% , and the rate of earthquake, flood and fire rescue were all more than 60%. Schools were the most frequent source from which the students learned about emergency rescue knowledge, and 63.2% of students wished schools to offer courses on rescue knowledge. The differences between junior middle school students and senior middle school students in knowledge awareness rates and behavior formation rates were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No significant difference was observed in behavior formation rates between male students and female students （ P 〉 0.05 ） , while the knowledge awareness rate was different between them （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Knowledge of emergency rescue is poor in middle school students. It is necessary to improve popularization rate of emergency rescue knowledge among middle school students.
